Refunds

ACM RESPECT Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made by May 15, 2026. A processing fee of US$100 will be assessed for full rate registrations. A processing fee of US$50 will be assessed for reduced rate registrations. Regrettably, cancellations received after that date cannot be honored. The conference committee recognizes that sometimes last-minute cancellations can’t be avoided. However, the conference incurs expenses for which it is liable based on registration counts. Registrants who find themselves unable to attend should be aware that registrations are transferable. At the time of the cancellation request, registrants may share the name of a colleague to whom they would transfer their registration. Unspecified registration funds will directly support student and teacher registrations. To make a cancellation request, please email: respect-reg@acm.org with the subject line “Cancellation Request” by May 15, 2026.

International Tax Terms and Conditions (T&C)

If the registration fee is subject to international tax (VAT), a VAT invoice will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. This only applies to eligible participants based on their location or the location of the conference and applicable international tax laws.

The VAT invoice will be emailed to the provided email address following the completion of the event. Please ensure your details are accurate at the time of registration to avoid any delays. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your registration fee for VAT, please contact your ACM liaison.
